Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Digitalogicx collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain-spoken.

Last updated: July 2026.

Who we are

Digitalogicx is a PPC management and custom web development agency based at 320 W Ohio St. Suite 3W, Chicago, IL 60654. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Digitalogicx. If you have any questions, contact us at info@digitalogicx.com or (312) 818-2437.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, request an audit, email us, or call, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and whatever you write in the message. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver our services, which may include access to your advertising, analytics, and website accounts.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you browse — your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the audits, proposals, and services you request.
  • To deliver, manage, and improve our PPC and web development services for clients.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and understand how it is used.
  • To send you information you have asked for, and — where permitted — occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences (such as light or dark mode), measure traffic, and — because we are an advertising agency — to understand which marketing brings people here. These include:

  • Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to see how visitors find and use the site.
  • Advertising (e.g. Google Ads) to measure ad performance and, where applicable, show relevant ads.
  • Functional cookies and local storage that keep the site working and remember your display choices.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google’s advertising personalization at adssettings.google.com. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How we share information

We share your information only as needed to run our business and never in exchange for money. Specifically:

  • Service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, our CRM and form provider, email delivery, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may process your information only on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers — if Digitalogicx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Some of these providers — such as Google — are their own data controllers and handle information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here — to respond to you, deliver services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including HTTPS encryption and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and opt out of marketing communications. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@digitalogicx.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
